Client Solutions

Client Solutions for the Integrated Business Ecosysten (IIBE)

I structure my IIBE offering in the following commercial structure, to offer a clear pathway for potential clients. These are evolving as more modules are coming on stream or currently “in the works” as being validated.

The Key in my approach is to offer A modular, flexible commercial structure enabling tailored pathways for clients at different ecosystem maturity levels.

The designing principle of the Core Commercial Logic

The IIBE commercial model is built as a progressive pathway, allowing clients to enter at different points depending on maturity, ambition, and urgency. All offerings align to four principles:
(1) Low-friction entry points
(2) Capability-building progression
(3) Implementation support
(4) Ongoing advisory and intelligence renewal

Every module is independent but connects into a broader arc of ecosystem capability formation.

Applicable from January 2026, subject to updates and change as portfolio of offers expands.

This has been constructed into a Four-Tier Commercial Structure

Tier 1 — ENTRY & STIMULATION (Low Friction, early discovery and identification)

Purpose: create awareness, diagnose maturity, generate interest.
Includes:

  • IIBE Lens Diagnostic (the central gateway in my view)

To explain the approach to these I use the IIBE Lens diagnostic as an example, it offers a fast deep assessment that maps a clients ecosystem maturity across.

What it demonstrates is providing a maturity baseline. This enables instant strategic conversations, benchmarking against industry maturity norms and generates a clear “you are here” map with priority gaps. This becomes a real catalyst for Ecosystem development. This can stand alone or feed into workshops and progression programes.

Further diagnostic offers are structured for identifying “Ecosystem Blind Spots” and a “Reality Mapping Diagnostic” further build out this Maturity baseline.

These diagnostics are building what I call “diagnostic intelligence prompts” and others will continue to be added

Also provided are assessments in “Ecosystem Maturity” and plotting these on “Ecosystem Maturity Radar Charts” give a clarity to any Ecosystem starting point.

Within these early investigative tier 1 are

  • Executive briefing sessions
  • Foundation workshops
  • Introduction to the growing and extensive Assessment & Readiness Tools, Guides and Explainers
  • Exploring suggested frameworks and strategic model
  • Mapping a Ecosystem landscape applicable to a clients areas of focus or intent
  • Exploring the “How” and “What” within the IIBE blueprint

Commercial characteristics of this tier: modular, moderate pricing, converts curiosity into further investigative orientations. Stand alone or feed into workshops, introductory priced, high-value, low friction.

Ideal for opening relationships and building ecosystem thinking understanding to assess impact, potential and consequences

Tier 2 — ORIENTATION & DEVELOPMENT (Mid-Tier Modules)

Purpose: is to deepen understanding, uncover opportunities, identify priority pathways, define direction and begin capability forming.
Includes:

  • Maturity benchmarking (structured across your chosen dimensions)
  • Strategy pathway definition ( a guided process to define ambition and initial approaches)
  • Ecosystem opportunity mapping (opportunity spaces and potential cross-industry collaborations)
  • Deepening and Extending the Foundational workshops provide already.
  • Recognizing Pain Points and Building the Program to Overcome These
  • Diagnosing & Evolution- From Concept to Structure & Fluidity
  • Introducing The Adaptive Ecosystem Governance Lifecycle Framework.
  • Executive Ecosystem Briefings (depending on time, ability to bring the top team together)
  • Building the Adaptive Core & the Intelligence Layers.
  • Commerical Fits into operational sprints, acceleration of competency building

For instance workshops can briefly work through the core IIBE Modules such as the five dynamic lenses of the IIBE, building your Ecosystem blueprint, mapping and aligning roles, building orchestration capabilities or dynamic intelligence modules, or building up governance modules

The Executive Ecosystem Briefing (90- 120 minutes) for senior teams explaining the IIBE, the ecosystem landscape and why dynamic capabilities become increasingly core is essential for bringing conscensus and identification into the thinking and future commitment

Commercial characteristics are fixed moderate pricing, fast delivery, ideal for opening up the evaluation and values of Business Ecosystems into a deeper assessment and strategic decision-making validation.

Tier 3 — CAPABILITY BUILD & IMPLEMENTATION (Premium)

The Complete Ecosystem Framework Suite offers interlocking frames covering dynamic ecosystem modelling, multi-layered ecosystem logic approaches and a completed orchestration capability model

Purpose: build the organisational capacity to operate, orchestrate, and scale ecosystems. Building skills, structures, and behaviours required for Ecosystem execution.
Includes:

  • Orchestration capability modules
  • Dynamic intelligence building
  • Governance & decision-flow design
  • Technology enablement readiness
  • Implementation roadmaps
  • IIBE-OS (Operating System) design & embedding
  • Structured pathway, timelines and metrics for ongoing recognition / confirmation

Commercial characteristics: premium priced, multi-phased, forms the core transformation work.

Tier 4 — ONGOING ADVISORY & CONTINUITY (Recurring Service, Periodic Reviews)

Purpose: maintain momentum, update intelligence, learning intelligence and ecosystem coherence over time to ensure ecosystem health.
Includes:

  • Executive advisory retainers (monthly or quarterly cycles)
  • Quarterly dynamic intelligence reviews (subscription model)
  • Annual ecosystem maturity and health assessments (fixed-price service depending on complexity)

Commercial characteristics: subscription/retainer models, providing sustained value and renewal.

Client Pathway Logic Applied

Enabling and Aligning the IIBE Ecosystem approach

Clients are recommended to follow a configurable journey:
Lens → Workshop → Benchmark → Strategy → Capability Build → Implementation → Advisory
Alternative entry points are supported for mature or advanced organisations (e.g., starting directly with Orchestration or the IIBE-OS).

This creates multiple fits for diverse client maturity levels:

  • Nascent → Entry + Orientation
  • Disruptors → Strategy + Capability
  • Mature Leaders → Dynamic intelligence + Operating System + Advisory

Pricing Framework (Non-numerical)

Pricing is structured across four bands:

  • Entry: fixed, low-friction & price
  • Mid-tier modules: moderate, project-based
  • Premium transformation: multi-stage, higher-value investment, multi-module pricing
  • Recurring advisory: subscription & retainer logic

This ensures clear commercial escalation while maintaining flexibility.

Strategic Positioning Outcomes

The IIBE model positions you uniquely by providing:

  • A maturity-based conversation opener
  • A structured capability pathway
  • A full-lifecycle ecosystem transformation architecture
  • A flexible commercial model adaptable to any client segment
