What began as an abstract model is now a strategic imperative — yet most organizations are stuck in outdated frames or blind to where ecosystems are heading, satisfied with what they have achieved.
I exist to guide leaders, disruptors, and late movers through this shift — not just by explaining ecosystems, but by helping them navigate, adapt, and renew their roles within them.
